"Lennon: Through a Glass Onion," a play about John Lennon that has played in Australia, Off Broadway in New York and at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival, is heading to Liverpool for a brief run in April 2016, it was announced Nov. 26. The show will open April 18 at The Epstein Theatre with a run of 14 performances, including four matinees. It is scheduled to close April 29. The production, written by John Waters and produced by Harley Medcalf, is part concert and part biography on the music and life of John Lennon .
